  Link   Gandhi Foundation Peace Award
The 2007 winner was Medialens, founded by Naspir members David Cromwell and David Edwards. The Foundation was established in 1983 aim to spread knowledge of the philosophy and teaching of Mahatma Gandhi (1869-1948) in Britain.
  Link   OMNI Annual Peacewriting Awards
Est. 2005. Sponsored by Peace and Justice Studies Association and the OMNI Center for Peace, Justice, and Ecology for writing in opposition to war and in support of nonviolent peacemaking and peacemakers. For non-fiction, fiction and young person.
  Link   War Resisters League Peace Award
Est. 1958. The War Resisters League opposes the use of violence for national defence and revolutionary change. The award is intended to honour an organisation or person whose work represents the League’s radical nonviolent platform of action.
  Link   Niwano Peace Prize
Est. 1983. Awarded annually by the Niwano Peace Foundation to a living individual or an organization making a significant contribution to world peace through promoting interreligious cooperation.
  Link   Pax Christi International Peace Prize
Est. 1988. Awarded annually to a contemporary, usually grassroots, figure working against violence and injustice.
  Link   ACLU Annual Youth Activist Scholarships
Est. 2000. The American Civil Liberties Union awards $4,000 college scholarships to US high school seniors (11 in 2007) 'in recognition of their outstanding work to protect civil liberties, especially for young people'.
  Link   Right Livelihood Award
Est. 1980. For those 'offering practical and exemplary answers to the most urgent challenges facing us today'. Known as the 'Alternative Nobel Prize'. Over 100 Laureates from over 50 countries. Presented annually in the Swedish Parliament.
